    I think love is such a deliciously sparkly feeling - I love love!! It is something we can both give and receive to feel wonderful. But I think the real secret is that the amazing feeling of love is actually available at all times, regardless of what is going on around us, as long as we are able to truly and unconditionally love ourselves. I hope this heart-opening flow helps awaken the deep love you already have inside of you 💖
