Energise - Mood Boosting Yoga Flow

Today’s practise is designed to ENERGISE you. Calling on inspiration from the four elements we move through pranayama practises and a mandala flow all while calling in the energies of sparkling fire, spacious air, flowing water and grounding earth. My hope is that you go into the rest of your day energised in a balanced and nourishing way.
